B'more Fit for Healthy Babies for postpartum women - A free weight loss/exercise program for women who receive public assistance and have young children. Offered in Spanish in Highlandtown and in English in Upton/Druid Heights.  The free weekly program offers Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) counseling, group exercise classes led by trained professionals, and much more.  Childcare and transportation support provided as available.  For information about meetings click here.
