Community Health Nurse Supervisor I

The Baltimore City Health Department is seeking a  dynamic individual to conduct Community Health Nurse Supervisor I  work  in the Maternal & Infant Nursing Program. This position is responsible for supervising nurses and social workers that deliver home-visiting and case management to high-risk pregnant women and families with young children.

Education and Experience Requirements:

 Bachelor’s Degree in nursing  and four years experience as a registered nurse, two of which must have been in community health nursing. A master’s degree in nursing or a related field from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one year of the experience requirement. Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Maryland or registered nurse licensure from a Multi-State Licensure Compact participant state. MCH experience a plus. This position offers: paid holidays, daytime hours, and excellent benefits.
